On Tuesday, April 18th the 8BI welcomed Football youth coach Holger Fricke and three New Yorker Lions football players in their Bili PE lesson. Coach Fricke and players Thompson, Meacham and Lyles gave the class a 90 min impression about what American Football is all about: Throwing, catching, defending, attacking and lots of tactics. The lesson ended with a 5 vs. 5 Flag Football game at which some touchdowns were scored.
The Football stars invited the class to watch one of their first home games at the Eintracht Stadium in May/ June. So maybe the class will have the chance to meet the three players and coach Fricke again.
